Do I need Muay Thai experience?

Beginners are welcome. Whether it’s your first session or your fiftieth, you’ll follow a tailored program that matches your level.

What fitness base is recommended?

If you can jog for five minutes and hold a plank you will cope fine. You will work hard, but always at a pace that suits you.

Is there parking on site?

Yes, free secure parking is available for all guests inside the property gate.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely. Solo guests stay in private tents and usually make friends quickly during sessions and shared meals.

What gear should I bring?

Pack workout clothes, mouthguard, shin guards and a towel. Pads and gloves are supplied on site.

Are dietary needs covered?

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus are available with prior notice. Note your requirements when you book.

What happens if it rains?

Training areas are undercover, so all sessions run on schedule. You will stay dry while the river scenery gets even better.
